Mills Fleet Farm required a comprehensive open store rebranding remodel program, involving the project management and installation of fixtures and merchandising across a vast retail space.

The challenge included the demolition of existing gondolas, assembly of heavy-duty steel fixtures, and efficient product re-merchandising.

DAVACO's solution for Mills Fleet Farm encompassed project management and installation services, including the demolition of existing gondolas, profiling and anchoring of over 100 12-ft bays, and the construction of a two-level tire mezzanine system.

The team successfully and seamlessly installed gondolas for the sales floor, as well as specialty fixtures and innovative way-finding signage, all within a tight 3-week timeframe.

  • Demolition of Existing Gondolas and Signage
  • Assembly and Installation of Heavy-Duty Steel Fixtures, Profiling of Over 100 - 12ft Bays, and Anchoring /Affixing All Steel Fixture Uprights into a Concrete Area
  • Installation of Sales Floor Gondolas and Fixtures in 4,000 4’ Bays, 120 End-Caps, 200 Specialty Fixtures
  • Construction of a Two-Level Tire Mezzanine system
