DAVACO's solution for Mills Fleet Farm encompassed project management and installation services, including the demolition of existing gondolas, profiling and anchoring of over 100 12-ft bays, and the construction of a two-level tire mezzanine system.
The team successfully and seamlessly installed gondolas for the sales floor, as well as specialty fixtures and innovative way-finding signage, all within a tight 3-week timeframe.
